The image shows this idea I had about some big spaceships that use lava as their fuel or source of power. So every time they run out of gas, they have to travel to a volcanic area, drain some volcanoes and fill their tanks!
The tilted perspective and enormous scale lends to the juxtaposition of the structures and the figure. The lines and piping of the ships seem looks alternately sleek and utilitarian, a nice combination.
I like the colours you chose, as well as the faded look of the more distant structure. The colour depth and contrast is wonderfully dramatic, even though the scene is static(?).
The flocks of birds are a good touch and help set the scene, as do the planets looming in the sky.
In all, an excellent idea that you captured beautifully!
Fantastic job! I love the way the colors interact with the image and how it almost looks like it's taken with a camera. The way it looks like it was taken from a different planet with the mountains and volcanoes. Fantastic job, the detail of the picture is stunning and should be a work to inspire tons of people and their on artwork. Congratulations, keep drawing and good luck in your future works. This is worthy of a daily deviation and this artist should be followed by all. I look forward to what you have to offer in the future!
